2 oz Refuge
0.25 oz Giffard Vanilla Liqueur
0.75 oz Red Grapefruit Juice
0.5 oz Lime Juice
2 dashes Bittermens Tiki Bitters
1 dash Malört
Float: 0.25 oz Campari or Aperol
Technique: Shake and strain over a large cube in a rocks glass. Float Amaro over top. Optional garnish: grapefruit peel.
